d = 20√ 2

d^2 = 2s^2

(20√ 2)^2 = 2s^2

800 = 2s^2

s^2 = 400

s = 20

Therefore, perimeter = 4s = 4*20 = 80

and

Area = s^2 = 20^2 = 400
