And,

Diagonal BD = 16 cm

OA = 1/2 × AC = 1/2 ×16 = 8 cm

And,

OB = 1/2 ×AC = 1/2 × 12 = 6 cm

By pythagoras theroem,

Side (AB)² = (OA²+OB²)

AB² = (8)² + (6)²

AB² = 64+36

AB² = 100

AB = ✓100 = 10 cm

Hence,

Side of rhombus is 10 cm
