area of rhombus = 1/2 (product of diagonals)

=> area of rhombus = 1/2 × d1 × d2

=> area of rhombus = 1/2 × 8 cm × 6 cm

=> area of rhombus = 48cm²/2 = 24 cm²


hence , C) 24 cm² is correct Option

AREA OF A RHOMBUS CAN BE FOUND BY USING THE FORMULA

AREA=(1/2)(d1)(d2)

=>1/2×8×6

=>4×6

=>24cm²
