Explanation:

Diameter = 14cm

Radius= 7cm

The Circumference of A circle = 2πr

Therefore , Circumference of circle = 2×22/7 × 7

=44cm

therefore Circumference of quadrant= (1/4×44) +7+7

=11cm+7+7

=25cm
