Given diameter of circle = 4cm

Radius = 4/2

= 2cm

The perimeter of quadrant of circle = ( \frac{\pi}{2}  + 2)r

= ( \frac{22}{7 \times 2}  + 2)2

= ( \frac{22}{14}  + 2)2

= ( \frac{11}{7}  + 2)2

= ( \frac{11 + 14}{7} )2

= ( \frac{25}{7} )2

=  \frac{50}{7}
