Step-by-step explanation:

Let  the height of the cyinder = h cm

Given,

Volume of the cylinder = 650 cm^{3}

Diameter of a cylinder = 5 cm

∴ Radius of a cylinder (r) = \dfrac{5}{2} cm

We know that,

Volume of the cylinder = πr^{2}h

⇒  3.14 × \dfrac{5}{2} × \dfrac{5}{2} × h  = 650

⇒ h = \dfrac{650\times\ 4}{25\times\ 3.14 }

⇒ h = \dfrac{104}{3.14} = 33.12 cm ≅ 33 cm

Hence, the required option is (C) 33 cm.
