Given,

Volume of the cylinder = 650 $cm^{3}$

Diameter of a cylinder = 5 cm

∴ Radius of a cylinder (r) = $\dfrac{5}{2}$ cm

We know that,

Volume of the cylinder = π$r^{2}$h

⇒  3.14 × $\dfrac{5}{2}$ × $\dfrac{5}{2}$ × h  = 650

⇒ h = $\dfrac{650\times\ 4}{25\times\ 3.14 }$

⇒ h = $\dfrac{104}{3.14}$ = 33.12 cm ≅ 33 cm

Hence, the required option is (C) 33 cm.
