Given ,

Diameter = 9 cm

So , Radius = 9/2 = 4.5 cm

Height = 95.5 cm

We know that ,

  \large \sf \red{ \fbox{ \fbox{TSA  \: of \:  cylinder = 2\pi {r}^{2} + 2\pi rh }}}

 =  \sf 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {(4.5)}^{2}  + 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 4.5 \times 95.5 \\  \\  =  \sf \frac{44 \times 20.25}{7}  +  \frac{44 \times 429.75}{7}  \\  \\ =   \sf \frac{891 + 18909}{7}  \\  \\ =   \sf \frac{19800}{7}  \\  \\ =  \sf  2828.5  \:  \:  {cm}^{2}

Hence , the TSA of a given cylinder is 2828.5 cm²
