as it is a semicircle the circumference will be /2.

now we have the diameter 3.5 and 3.5/2= radius

therefore circumference of a semicircle = π * 3.5/2

ANS = 5.49

d=3.5

therefore radius = 3.5/2=1.75

therefore circumference = 3.14 *1.75 = 5.475 sq.cm
