Let the larger angle be x
and smaller angle be y

• Angle are supplementary

x + y = 180

x = 180 - y ..... ( i )

• Difference is 80

x - y = 80 ....( ii )

Putting value of x from ( i ) in ( ii )

x - y = 80

180 - y - y = 80

- 2y = 80 - 180

- 2y = - 100

y = 50

Putting in ( i )

x = 180 - y

x = 180 - 50

x = 130

Larger angle :- 130°

Smaller angle :- 50°
