two sides of triangle is  x & x+3

Area = 54 square cm

Area=1//2 a*b

a=x

b=x+3

1/2 *(x)*(x+3) = 54

x^2+ 3x = 108

x^2 + 3x - 108 = 0

(x+12)(x-9) = 0

x = 9

x=-12

Sides of triangle==> 9 cm and 12 cm

g=hypotenuse=root(9^2+12^2)

g=root(81+144)

g=hypotenuse =  15 cm

the side of triangle can't be negative.... so that's why we will assume -12 is positive 12 :)

Perimeter=

Perimeter of triangle = 9 +12 + 15 = 36  cm
