Step-by-step explanation:
If two angle are complementary, the sum of their measure is 90 degree.
Let one angle = x
it's compliment = ( 90°-x)
According to question
x- ( 90°-x) = 12°
x - 90° + x = 12°
2x = 12° + 90° = 102
x= 102/2
x= 51°
Therefore its complement= ( 90°-x) = 90° - 51° = 39°
The difference in the two angles is 51° - 39° = 12 degree
so, that the measure of the two complementary angle are 51 degree and 39 degree
so the greater angle is 51 °
hope it helps you
