We have,

  • The length = (4x - 1) cm

  • The breadth = (2x + 3) cm

We know, the area of rectangle = l × b

➝ (4x - 1) × (2x + 3)

➝ 8x² + 12x - 2x -3

8x² + 10x - 3

The area of the rectangle is 8x² + 10x - 3 .
