=> X - Discount = SP

=> x - 10% of x = 2500

=> x - ( x / 10 ) = 2500

=> ( 10x - x ) / 10 = 2500

=> 9x / 10 = 2500

=> x = 2500 * 10 / 9

=> x = 25000 / 9

=> x = 2777.78

Hence the original cost of the shirt is Rs. 2777.78
