as the equation tell's about the displacement x, we first square it to the both sides we get

x =  ({t + 3})^{2}

now if differentiate the the (x) we get the velocity , which is

v = 2(t + 3)

as we can clearly see tht velocity is not proportional to t as it has additional 3

and if we differentiate again we get the acceleration which is 2

hence the acceleration is constant
