By the method of distance formula I have found it.. Just take a look and utilise it..

By distance formula,

5 = \sqrt{(8 - 4)^{2} + (p - 3)^{2}  } \\5^{2} = 4^{2} + (p - 3)^{2} \\3^{2} = (p - 3)^{2} \\(p - 3) = 3                       or   (p - 3) = -3\\\\p = 6   or p = 0

thus we get the values of p...
