Correct Question is attached.

Solution:

First of all, how is wavelength defined?

  • Wavelength is defined as the distance between two adjacent crests or troughs.

In the diagram, the distance between A and B contains one full wavelength upto Point C and then half wavelength upto Point B.

Let wavelength be \lambda.

 \therefore \:  \lambda +  \dfrac{ \lambda}{2}  = 270

 \implies\:   \dfrac{ 2 \lambda + \lambda}{2}  = 270

 \implies\:   \dfrac{ 3 \lambda}{2}  = 270

 \implies\:    \lambda  = 270 \times  \dfrac{2}{3}

 \implies\:    \lambda  = 180 \: cm

So, wavelength is 180 cm.
