if the fist time graph is parallel
it means that the position of body remains constant with the change in time i.e. body is at test

Hey there!!
In distance-time graph if the object is parallel to the time axis,it simply means the particle has not covered a path length.In other words the particle is at rest.
So the velocity should be zero.
