Answer:

AP=BP

TAKING SQUARING ON BOTH SIDES

 {ap}^{2}  =  {bp}^{2}

USING DISTANCE FORMULA

 {(x1 - x2)}^{2} + (y1 - y2)   = {(x1 - x2)}^{2}  + {(y1 - y2)}^{2}  \\  {(5 - x)}^{2}  +  {(1 - y)}^{2}  =  {( - 1  - x)}^{2}  +  {(5 - y)}^{2}  \\ 25 +  {x}^{2}  - 10x + 1 +  {y}^{2}   - 2y = 1 +  {x}^{2}  + 2x + 25 +  {y}^{2}  - 10y \\  - 10x - 2y = 2x - 10y \\  - 10x - 2x =  - 10y + 2y \\  - 12x =  - 8y \\   12x = 8y \\ 4(3x) = 4(2y) \\ 3x = 2y
