Given
Distance =1.1km let change it in meters
=1100m
Revolution =560

In one revolution distance coverd =
 \frac{1100}{560}
=
 \frac{110}{56} m
And we know the distance covered in one revolution = Circumference of wheel

Circumference =
2\pi \: r
 2\pi \: r =  \frac{110}{56}
2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r =  \frac{110}{56}

r =  \frac{110 \times 7}{56 \times 22 \times 2}

r =  \frac{5}{8 \times 2}
R=5/16 m

R=5x100/16 =31.25cm
