Japan and the equator would be similarly warm.

Explanation:

  • Topography defines the physical characteristics of a land area. Typically, these features include natural formations such as hills, rivers, lakes and valleys. It can also include man-made features such as highways, dams and towns.
  • Topography often uses topographic maps to record the various elevations of an area.
  • When the Earth is flat, there will be no curved topography above the Earth's surface.
  • Due to the flat nature of this earth, all places on earth will be equally hot, be it Japan or the equator. In that case Japan and the equator would be similarly warm.
