if the energy is neither created nor destroyed then from where do we get energy

Hey Friend....this is a very good question of yours..but the answer is quite simple though...
Energy is present all around us and within us and all the things we see...energy can be destroyed or created but it can be transformed from one form to another...that’s how the energy cycle works..Hope it made u understand the theory...^_^
