if the energy of photon is obsreved by electron . .......does electron get positive charge or negitive charge......think why it exists(jump from lower energy to higher energy level) or get out of atom{till no theory came to exist about it}

If the energy of a photon is absorbed by an electron, then the electron's energy increases and it "jumps" to a higher level. The charge of an electron DOES NOT change in the process, so, the charge of an electron is always constant.

Charge of an electron = - 1.609 × 10^{-19} coulombs, a NEGATIVE value.
