given quadratic equation = 4x^2 - 3kx + 1 = 0

here a= 4 , b = 3k , c = 1

=> 9k^2 - 4(4)(1) = 0

=> 9k^2 - 16 = 0

=> 9k^2 = 16 => k = √16/√9 = 4/3
