Given

4x + 3y =7

3y = - 4x + 7

y= - (4/3) x + 7/3

so

m = - 4/3

another equation

x + 4y = 13

4y = 13 - x

y= - (1/4)x + 13

l = -1/4

Now

For perpendicular

m*l = -1

Now

LHS

m*l

-4*1/3*(- 4)

1/3

Hence LHS not equals to RHS so both line are not perpendicular to each other .
