If the equation mx^2 + 2x + m has two equal roots, then find m .

\huge{\underline{\underline{\mathbb{\pink{ANSWER}}}}}

Mx² + 2x + m = 0

Here,

A = m , B = 2 and C = m

Discriminant ( D ) = 0

B² - 4ac = 0

(2)² - 4m² = 0

4m² = 4

m² = 1

m = √1 = 1
