Given that the external and internal radius of pipe is 4 cm and 3 cm and length is 10 cm

Then External volume of pipe =πr

2 h=2π(4)

2 ×10=π×16×10=160π sq cm

Or internal volume of pipe =πr

2 h=2π(3)

2 ×10=π×19×10=90π sq cm

Then volume of metal pipe=160π−90π=70π=70×

722 =220cm 2
