Interchange First and  Second  letter of Depression

DE = ED

Interchange third and fourth letter of Depression

PR = RP

Interchange fifth  and sixth letter of Depression

ES = SE

Interchange Seventh  and Eight letter of Depression

SI = IS

Interchange ninth  and tenth  letter of Depression

ON = NO

From the above the Spelling formed is EDRPSEISNO

Seventh letter from the right would be P

Therefore , Our Required answer is P (Option : 5)
