We know that in AP (Arithmetic Progression) 'a' is the first term and d is the common difference  

Then series is  a, a+d, a+2d, a+3d...   a+(n-1)d

if a is changes to 10 and common difference is same as d then

⇒  first term,           a = 10  

⇒  2nd term,     a + d =  10+d

⇒  3rd term,     a + 2d  = 10 + 3d

⇒  nth term,   a + (n-1)d = 10 +(n-1)d

the new series is 10, 10+d, 10+3d ...   10(n-1)d
