if the following material are kept in between the cell and the bulb of a torch what will happen Aluminium foil ,rubber sheet, paper ,coin.​

The bulb will glow when aluminium and coin are placed but will not glow when rubber sheet and paper are placed

This is because Aluminium and coin are conductors of electricity ie they let electricity pass through them. Whereas rubber sheet and paper are insulators ie they do not allow electricity to flow through them.
