Solution:
As shown , ABCD is a parallelogram
Diagonal AC & BD intersect at O
Diagonal of parallelogram bisect each other
=> BO = OD
BO = 7x + 4
OD = 18
Substituting these
7x + 4 = 18
Subtracting 4 from both sides
=> 7x + 4 - 4 = 18 - 4
=> 7x = 14
Dividing both sides by 7
=> x = 2
