0 + 30 = 30 degree

30 degree * 4 min = 120 min

120/60 hrs = 2 hrs

= (12+2) hrs = 14 hrs

= 2:00 pm

We know that after every 1 longitude the time exceeds by 4 minutes.
i.e Difference between 0°and 30° =30
=30×4
=120min or 2 hours.
As we know we add time on east.
Therefore,If GMT at 0°longitude is 12 noon, so local time of place A in 30°E=12noon+2hours
=2p.m. answer
Hence,There will be 2p.m
