every 1° is equal to 4 minutes.

If it is on west of greenwich median than subtract the calculated time from actual time of GMT and if it is on east than add.

 so find longitudal difference 30-0=0 and finfd time difference multiply by 4 you get in minutes convert to hrs then ans is 2 hrs
