If the go term of an A.P. is zero then show that the 29term is twice the 19" term.​

9th term=a+(9-1)d=a+8d-----(i)

29th term= a+(29-1)d= a+28d-----(ii)

19th term=a+(19-1)d=a+18d-------(iii)

from equation (i)

a+8d=0

a= -8d

Putting a=-8d in equation (ii)

T29=a+28d

T29= -8d +28d

T29= 20d=2(10d)

= 2( -8d + 18d) = 2( a+18d) = 2(T19)

Hence the 29th term is twice of 19th term
