g = Gm/r^2
9.81= Gm/r^2 --------------(1)

g' = Gm/(3r)^2
= Gm/r^2 × 1/9
= 9.81 × 1/9 ---------------from eq (1)
= 1.09

The value of g at height 2r from surface will be 1.09 m/s^2

hope it helped,☺
