We know that gravitational force are attractive but still moon could not fall towards the earth because of the distance of the moon from earth. Which is very large.
Even the moon have circulatory motion no, it makes it to always opposes the gravitational force of the earth and hence, allows it to continue its motion.

due to moon has no gravity it cannot fall toward the earth and earth's gravity can only travel the distance to atmosphere not to moon.
