volume of original cone=1/3*πr^2h
volume of new cone = 1/3*π3r^2*3h
volume of original cone: volume of new cone=1/3*πr^2h:1/3*π3r^2*3h
=1:27
volume of new cone = 1/3*π3r^2*3h
