volume of cone= 1/3 πr²h
IN FIRST CASE
H=X
D=4x=R=2x
V= 1/3π(2x)²x
=1/3π4x²x
IN SECOND CASE
H=4x
D=5x=R=5x/2
V= 1/3π(5x/2)²4x
=1/3π25x/4*4x
ratio of volume= 4:25
