* According to the question*

$⇒ \frac{1}{2} \times height \times base = 38 \\ \\ ⇒ \frac{1}{2} \times base \times 7.6 = 38 \\ \\ ⇒base \times 3.8 = 38 \\ \\ ⇒base = \frac{38}{3.8} \\ \\ ⇒base = \frac{38 \times 10}{38} = 10cm$
