Volume of cone =

\pi r {}^{2} h \div 3

So,

You can neglect Pi and Divided by (3)

So,

Volume of new cone = r

r {}^{2} 2h

(neglecting pi and 3)

Now, change in volume is

2 times that of the Original one.
