As there are 60 minutes in 1 hr
so, in 60 minutes hour hand will move 1/60 ×60 th of a degree
i.e., 1° .
BUT - the problem is wrong. In actuality the hour hand on most clocks I know moves 360/12 = 30 degrees every hour.
It follows that in a minute it moves 30 degrees / 60 = 1/2 degree.
But - the problem is using your clock - not mine.
in short , u need a better clock ;)
