If the industrial revolution or human civilization had never developed on earth, would there be a greenhouse effect? If yes explain? If no why?

no,there would be no green house effect on earth.because the whole process started from there.i mean like vehicles ,steam engine,releasing of harmful gases into air etc..so ,hence I think so.
