Therefore, the acceleration is (a)

=(v-u)/t

= 3.7 - 0.3/5 = 0.68 m/s^2

Therefore the distance covered

s=ut+1/2at^2

s = 0.3*5 + 1/2 *0.68*2

s = 14.34 metres.

Therefore, the body moves 14.34 metres in these conditions.
