Now by using Newton third kinamatical equation

${v}^{2} = {u}^{2} + 2as$

now putting the value ,

${30}^{2} + {10}^{2} + 2 \times a + 200$

300=100+2*a+200

2a=100+200/300

2a=300/300

a=2

Therefore the acceleration is 2 m/s2
