According to eq.1 of motion,
v= u+at
From this,
=> a = v-u/t
=> a = 0 - 25/2
=> a = -25/2
=> a = -12.5 m/s^2
v= u+at
From this,
=> a = v-u/t
=> a = 0 - 25/2
=> a = -25/2
=> a = -12.5 m/s^2

INITIAL VELOCITY,u = 25m/s
FINAL VELOCITY ,v = 0
TIME = 2s
NOW,
ACCELERATION= (FINAL VELOCITY - INITIAL VELOCITY)/TIME
= 0-25/2
=-12.5m/s²
