A refrigerator is a thermally insulated device to mostly store food products.
If water is put inside the refrigerator, the output is ice.
The refrigerator is a gadget which lowers the temperature of substances within, as desired.
Putting water inside will cause the water to be frozen and turned into solid ice.

Refrigerator is a Device which is used to store a variety of food items at an extremely low temperature. Hence if the imput of the refrigerator is water then surely the output of the refrigerator is ice because the water is cooled down to extreme low temperature and hence thus ice is formed by the refrigerator. It works on the principles of thermodynamics which is related to the physics.
