U can't  walk ..but ur hip can rotate in 180 degrees as ur knee before ...

The joints at the knee and hip work very differently from each other.

The knee joint works to make it easy for you to walk while the knee joint helps in bending and limited twisting.

However, when both are interchanges then it will be difficult to walk for an individual but the twisting limit will increase.
