If the lenght of a rectangle is (4x + 1) m and its width is (5x - 1) m,

Find the perimeter of the rectangle.
Find the area of the rectangle.

Length =4x+1

breadth=5x-1

perimeter=2(l+b)

=2{(4x+1)+(5x-1)}

=2(4x(5x-1)+1(5x-1))

= 2(20 x squared -4x+5x-1)

= 2 (20 x squared +1x-1)

= 40x squared +2x-2
