If the length and breadth of a rectangle is increased by 10% each what will be the percentage change

I think you are talking about area ?
so area of a rectangle=l*b
so let's the value of l be 10cm and
the value of babe 10cm
so the area is 100cm
The dimensions are increased by 10percent
so l is 11cm and
b is also 11cm
area of this rectangle is 121cm
difference of the two is 100-121cm =21 cm
so there is 21% in the area
