Perimeter of rec. = 2( l + b )

Here , l = 45.5 m. & b = 23.5 m.

So,     P = 2(45.5 + 23.5 )

⇒          2 (69) = 138 m.

The fence has 3 layer of  barbed wire so its length will be ,

⇒ 3*138

⇒ 414 m.

Hence, 414 m. of wire is needed..

Answer:

198 m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of Rectangular Garden= 9/2 m

Breadth of Garden= 57/2 m

Perimeter of Rectangular Garden

= 2(l + b)

= 2(9/2 + 57/2)

= 2( 66/2 )

= 66 m.

Length of wire required to fence 3 times = 66*3= 198 m.
