Answer:

hello mate!

let the breadth be x

then length =X+5

perimeter of rectangle =2(L+B)

=38 m =2(x+5+x)

=38 m= 4x+10

=4x=28m

=x=7

hence Breadth comes out as 7m

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let breadth be x

Therefore length be x+5

2 \times (x + x + 5) = 38 \\ 2 \times (2x + 5) = 38 \\ 2x + 5 = 38 \div 2 \\ 2x = 19 - 5 \\ x = 14 \div 2 \\ x = 7

Therefore breadth is 7 and length is 7+5= 12
